Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Representative at ReforgedSystems OU, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth. You will have the opportunity to represent our industry-leading information services and IT consulting services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and Generate Leads: Identify and reach out to potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
  • Client Consultation: Understand clients’ needs and challenges, and offer tailored IT solutions to address their specific requirements.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our services and solutions.
  • Proposal Development: Create and present proposals to clients, outlining the benefits of our services and pricing options.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Skillfully negotiate terms and close deals with clients to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies.
  • Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and results to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software for lead tracking and pipeline management.
  • A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
